Do you know the Perfect Solution for getting rid of worrisome and negative thoughts? Using Positive Affirmations that take us off “autopilot” and put us exactly where we want to be.
You can easily create your own affirmations to use on a regular basis. Being mindful of our thoughts versus staying on autopilot allows us to change them, and in turn change how we are feeling. Let me show you how it works.
Create Your Own Affirmations for Daily Use
Your personal and/or professional goals are a great starting point for affirmations. Goals don’t need to be extensive or complex, but instead clear. What is it that you want? How will it look and feel once you have what you’re seeking? These simple questions can help you clarify your desires. Aligning your affirmations with your goals will keep you focused on what you have identified as important.
Pick one or two of your goals/desires to start the process. Add more as you get the feel for it. New rituals work best when they aren’t too time consuming or overwhelming. So keep it simple.
