Most of us are blessed in our ability to easily and quickly obtain clean water for bathing, drinking and cooking.
Each time you find yourself using water today, take a brief moment to have gratitude for this gift.
The Air That You Breathe
We’ve all had biology class. We know that oxygen comes from plants and that we can’t exist without oxygen. But how often do we appreciate the fact that nature so generously provides us with this vital element?
The next time you step outside and breathe in the air:
- Be intentional about the moment.
- Become present and aware by giving acknowledgement to the simplicity and ease of the breath.
- Appreciate the partnership we have with the trees, plants and grass that make this action so easy.
