I’m a thinker. I like to analyze, problem-solve and truly appreciate that part of my brain. But some days this part isn’t so helpful. Like when I’m STUCK. And it just keeps playing a scenario over and over again like an annoying Facebook video clip on your feed.
Sometimes I’m replaying a previous conversation I had, worrying about one I need to have or maybe it’s just general anxiety that I won’t be able to get my task list done for the day. So many examples to choose from, but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.
