My professional background is diverse. I’m a person who follows my passions. The theme of my work has been helping others, specifically as it relates to self-development and personal growth.
The majority of my career I’ve spent in corporate America working in the areas of human resources and development. I’ve held key positions in companies such as Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, KPMG LLP, MillerCoors and my most recent role as a Sr. Director in Human Capital for Robert W. Baird & Co.
As I mentioned, I’m person who follows my passions. So in addition to my corporate positions I also spent time doing therapy with autistic children and their families. I had minor in psychology for my undergrad degree and chose to pursue this even further in my 30s by completing a master’s degree in psychology and obtained my professional counselor license in 2006.
My strong desire for learning and growth comes through not only in my formal education of two master’s degrees (business/HR and psychology), but also in my dedication to self-study.
Understanding how and why we work the way that we do has always been fascinating to me. In particular I’ve sought to understand the parts of us that are not so evident physically, the psyche and the soul. This has been true for me from the time that I was quite young. I’ve always been able to sense things that others were unable to sense.
As an exceptionally sensitive child and adult, I’ve learned to use this sensitivity as a tool to help others. In 2003 I began working with a mentor formally to develop and hone my skills as an intuitive, empath and medium. Over time, I have become much more adept at using these skills and have been working as an intuitive since 2006.
Fast forward to today…in February 2014 I left corporate America to create a career and lifestyle that allows me to integrate all of the skills I’ve developed over the last 20+ years. I’m able to meet each of my clients exactly where they need me to for their personal and professional development. I have the ability to assist them in matters of business, matters of spirit, or in most cases, a combination of the two.
